Taj Real Estate is an international real estate group with operations in Qatar, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Jordan, and Spain. They approached us to re-establish, represent, and harmonize a highly successful brand hierarchy across global locations. We worked as an extension of their strategy team to roll out a functionally robust brand architecture.

TAJ Real Estate is an international real estate group with operations in Qatar, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, Jordan and Spain. The group works across residential, commercial and investment real estate, serving clients through established local teams operating under a shared business model. At the time of the engagement, TAJ existed as a recognized brand in select markets while other businesses functioned under legacy local identities.

TAJ Real Estate operates through local entities across several countries. While each market performed independently, the absence of a unified group identity limited clarity, consistency and brand authority.
